I am an Associate Professor with the School of Human Resource Management (SHRM) at York University. I completed a PhD in Management of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources at the DeGroote School of Business in 2013.
My research examines the link between human resource management (HRM) practices and organizational outcomes. It has focused on how skill-, motivation-, and opportunity-enhancing HRM practices influence innovation and performance. More recently, my research explores how workplace practices and employment arrangements impact employee outcomes at individual and family levels.
